Start from the box, not the item name
Many items share similar names or rarity colors, while stage boxes usually expose the route logic more clearly. A good first pass is to open the Stage Boxes page, filter by the target item level, and compare boxes that can realistically produce the material or gear band you need.
When several boxes look relevant, prioritize the one with the cleanest overlap between your current character power and the target loot. Farming a harder route is not automatically better if the clear time is much slower.

Compare route efficiency with expected clears
